Huge thanks to the staff at Cornwall Rug Cleaners for the excellent customer service I received when a guest at my cottage was sick on an expensive wool rug. I contacted Sarah in the early evening and she responded immediately with a plan of action. She didn’t promise results but I knew, from looking at the Cornwall Rug Cleaners website, that I was at the right place – especially when it comes to cleaning wool. And Cornwall Rug Cleaners delivered: my rug is back in my cottage, creamy and clean – and sprayed with stain protector – another service offered by Cornwall Rug Cleaners for an exceptionally good price. All in all, I’m very happy. Thanks again to the staff at Cornwall Rug Cleaners.

Brilliant! Goron and Sarah could not have been more helpful with cleaning my antique oriental rug which had sadly been peed on by my cat! They took the rug for a week and it came back looking bloomin’ lovely. Feels soft and silky to touch, no musty cat smell – really breathed new life into an old but precious rug. Looks splendid in the living room.
Having spent a considerable time searching for someone to clean a very large and very dirty rug, we were delighted to find Cornwall Rug Cleaners – their work is first class and the rug looks new again . Their responsiveness , friendliness and reliability are wonderful . We recommend them without hesitation or qualification.
An enormous thank you to Goron & Sarah for the brilliant job they did in washing, drying and deodorising our beloved woollen Turkish runner, smuggled back from Istanbul thirty years ago (and never professionally cleaned). I had attempted to wet wash it myself, but it was taking forever to dry and was stinking out the garage like a damp dead sheep. The system used by G&S, using ozone in the drying process, means we now have of old family member back, smelling sweet & fragrant like a young spring lamb!

Wow, what a transformation. Our cream deep-pile Berber style wool rug was absolutely beyond revolting from dog and child grime and smell.
Like magic it is now beautifully clean and looks brand new again. It smells delightfully fresh but best of all it is unbelievably soft underfoot. We were ready to throw it away and buy a new rug but thank goodness we didn’t. Great service from Goron and Sarah too, prompt communication, easy to find, easy to drop off and collect, and social distancing reassuringly observed. Thank you so much.

I cannot believe how clean our rug is now. It was fit for the tip, but I love it so much I thought I would try and get it cleaned. I am amazed at the results, it now looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend Carpet Knights for the quality of work, but also the customer service. I’m a VERY satisfied customer.
Carpet knights have cleaned our house carpets brilliantly in the past but I was so surprised when they returned our 4 Persian rugs looking so fantastic – so much brighter and I realised I had forgotten how beautiful the colours were! All 4 rugs were picked up and returned in superb condition and in a very short time. Thank you so much. With the canine traffic in our house it won’t be long before we are in touch again and we have no hesitation in recommending their service.
Thank you both for the splendid service you gave us in cleaning two Kazak rugs that we bought as antiques in the USA over 20 years ago and which now look better than they did when we bought them! The soft colours in them have come up so brightly and the pile of each is now much thicker and softer. All the arrangements for delivery and collection worked perfectly and were very straightforward. Thank you very much-we now know where to come when we next need carpets cleaned!

A HUGE THANK YOU for all you’ve done, my rug looks excellent, even better than I was hoping it would, no colour run, nice texture to pile, glossy, silky, lush and brighter than before! It’s also a lot more malleable, the base more pliable. I have no idea how much more dust and dirt you managed to get out of there but I’d imagine quite a bit? And no residual smell of chemicals or perfumes either.
You’ve really done an excellent job with the rug, I’ve just been admiring it in the morning sunlight. It’s interesting how much clearer and brighter the colours have become, how much fluffier the pile, your deep clean has given a new lease of life to a Gabbeh that was looking distinctly tired and grey. I’m a happy bunny! Perfect! Bravo, many, many thanks!

Just to tell you Carpet Knights exceeded our best hopes cleaning our expensive Indian Rug. The rug was a light colour with a really bad red wine stain. Your cleaning restored it to perfect condition with no stain visible. We are amazed and delighted by your cleaning and service.

CarpetKnights have been cleaning my carpets for the last six years: first when the property was a B&B and now as a holiday let. From the first call to Sarah to arrange an appointment and be given a quote everything is done in a professional but friendly manner. Goran (and now Jason too) arrive on time, wear shoe covers indoors and just get on with their work. The carpets look like new when cleaned and their use of eco-products is very important to me. And I am delighted with the price too. If necessary carpets can be walked on straight away and are dry within a few hours. Goron and the team at Carpet Knights were a god send! After the surgery carpets suffered major damaged following some recent re-surfacing of the local roads we were really concerned the tarmac marks would result in a hefty bill for new carpets throughout. However, the work Goron and Carpet Knights did was great and the carpets actually look better than they have done for many years. A blinding job by Goran and Jason last week, so thanks and respect all round. They really took time and care. Ash and coffee vanished! We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Carpet Knights. The service is prompt, courteous and professional. We have had all the carpets in our house cleaned aswell as some upholstery and the quality of cleaning is excellent – far better than other cleaning companies we have used. Some of our carpets were badly stained and now look like new. When arranging an appointment, phone calls are promptly returned and the cleaner arrives precisely on time. The house is left immaculate. We would strongly recommend Carpet Knights to other customers.

Goron, from Carpetknights does a wonderful job. He is polite, professional, prompt and extremely good at what he does. Goron spent some time on a 30 year old armchair, which was covered in food stains and also red wine stains that had been there for years, He has managed to make it look almost as good as new and all traces of the wine stains have gone. The equally old carpets have also been given a new lease of life and once again look fresh and clean. We are delighted with the work he has done for us and will not hesitate to recommend Carpetknight’s services to anyone.
